Well, that's roughly 2 Weeks 

But, Wonder if PM has regional offices where Tri-Sims are Made, to lessen the Wait times for Tri-Sim Card orders? Or are they all from one Central location?

According to policy, it takes 9 or 10 business days for a SIM card to be delivered.
