I have been trying for the last 2 days to get my Aunt's phone working. I was directed one day one to contact the CS_Agent. I did that, but haven't heard back. Does it take longer than 24 hours to hear from them?

Thanks! It has been over 24 hrs now.... and I have logged out and back in to make sure the page refreshes and nothing so far.
