These forums, which are run by customers like you, is your first point of contact for help as MOST members here are willing to help figure it out instead of just sending you to customer service. If we're unable to help, that's when we send you to customer service.
First, which phone are you using? Have you gone into your settings to confirm the eSIM was downloaded? If you're saying you need "reprovision", to me, that means your eSIM is downloaded. You need to set the PM eSIM as your primary. Was your phone on another service provider before? If so, you may wish to do a network reset on your phone as the previous providers information may be interfering with your connection to PM.
Try this first and get back to us. Let us know what steps you've taken so we can better assist you.

Is that a new account? Make sure you disable old sim and only enable PM sim
