How long does it take for my plan to chance?

@kissifer19, if your plan had run out and was in a suspended state only a MOD can make the changes to your account and get it up and running again.

When I try to make a call it says long distance is not covered in my plan but I added long distance. 😞

@mpcdesign  I believe the 48 hours is for switching from an  LTE to 3G  or vice versa.  

@kissifer19 I would

1) check your available funds.  if you still have funds available then your plan was not changed

2) check what plan you have in the plan page is it the one you want or if shows a future dated plan

3) check your paymeny hisory see that you actually paid for a new plan

4) contact  mods for help

Plan changes can be immediate or future dated.  Immediate change means exactly that, the effect is immediate.
