I haven't had service for 3 days because of the autopay failure glitch, and I've been in contact with moderators, but the issue hasn't been resolved. This is getting rather frustrating and I'm at my rope's end. One last try. This is how my account looks like:
That 72$ is a fictive balance because of a glitch. It was 47$, so it's gone up another 25$. How can I make a payment to renew my plan when a) it says 0 dollars due, and b) whenever I try to make a payment it substracts the fictive amount from the 120? Please help.

@AlanQ What was the problem? So we know it next time. Maybe the famouse auto pay glitch.!?

It seems hard to determine how much payment you need to make. I believe, the renewal process partially added some credit that can be viewable on the payment history. But again, i am not sure how much you owe as the glitch is unknown about what it did.
Send a private message to the Moderator_Team again, let them renew your plan.
