How long does it take for an agent to reach back to you?

ST123

I have been having issues with my transferring my old number, it has been over a week since i first activated my sim card and went through the whole process. My old phone company sent me the request to transfer my number and all that stuff and yet i still can't receive phone calls or text messages. I am able to access data but no calls or texts. And it has been over a week, sent in multiple tickets and no customer service agent has reached out yet. Very frustrated and i am not sure what else i am supposed to do.

Usually few hours but sometimes we are talking days. I did experience both cases bit they DO get back to you, just be patient.

I understand some issues require immediate attention but it looks like you cannot have both: low price and prompt support.

@ST123  it depends on how busy they are. Usually 30 minutes  to 2 hours. A day usually. I don't believe they should be terribly busy at this time, so you should have received a response already.

Message them again if no response.

In the meantime,  try to reset networks on your phone.
