You start by going to the website and by the top will be a drop down menu mine has 3 lines (=) Then click on my account then it will take you to the login page then you click on new account. And then it will bring you to the registration page and you type in your info.

If you are asking on how to activate a PM plan, https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-started

If you already activated a plan in-store, you need to create a self-serve account using https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

If you already activated a plan online, your self-serve account was already created.  Just use your email as username and your password supplied during activation process.

Click right up top where it says Get Started.

You'll need a SIM, a payment method (payment card or voucher) and a unique email address.
