I am on a 4g data plan and my speeds vary between 4 to 8 mbps.
Is this the extent of 4g.speed.
Note: readings were taken in a variety of geographical locations with same results.

Turned off home wifi and reboot with only phone 4g network speeds now at 60 and 70 mbps.
rebooting with 4g did the trick.

I saw one of the members showed compared speed test at the oldest post. The speed is not to bad.

Hi @pubwalt maybe try Reset All Network
I would also try the sim on different phones to check if it is device or account problem
But of course, you can also message CS agent and ask them to check
And are you in city or rural area?

Hi @pubwalt 8Mbps is not good
Advertised speed as up to 100Mpbs . But you should get at least half of it
has it been over 48 hours since plan change?
Try reboot your phone
Try in different area
