I am on a 4g data plan and my speeds vary between 4 to 8 mbps.Is this the extent of 4g.speed.Note: readings were taken in a variety of geographical locations with same results.

Turned off home wifi and reboot with only phone 4g network speeds now at 60 and 70 mbps.rebooting with 4g did the trick.Thx..
