I swear this is the most frustrating website to navigate. Why can’t you just log in and accept any offers that are available!? The $45 20gb deal states it’s for everyone. I go to activate.publicmobile.ca and that’s for new customers only. Anyone have an answer on how to get the new offer?

This isn't correct. This has already been answered by others, and I can confirm that the $45/20GB plan is for anyone.

I logged into my account and see the $45 plan with 20GB data available to change to but the 12GB bonus data is only for new customers.

Sorry, you are correct. I was looking at the wrong Boxing Day promo.
Login to your account and go to Plans & Add-on click on the 4G plans not the 3G plans and scroll down to the 40g plan.

Oh. So the existing customer part right after that doesn’t really mean “for existing customers” as well?

I'm sure you can get this plan if you go to change plans options as it's for everyone but I like to use schedule change plan just in case you change your mind before it changes.
