How do you change the email address on your account?

It is @Triguy  season 2 will start soon. "It is the way"

I thought that was the name of the bounty hunter in Star Wars and new tv series on the Disney Channel.

By the way...context is useful. Who are you replying to? Start with at least the username. Then the @ username tag. Then copy/paste. And finally the quote button (if you're using a desktop browser). Otherwise your replies are out of the blue out of context.

 

Edit: and changing email in community: to be able to receive community rewards, the email addresses in both locations have to match...case and all.


Thanks, I should have mentioned the username I suppose. It was Mandalorian. My name is actually my first name and last name combined. Its what I use in gaming etc.

Oh actually, do you mean the email on your phone account or community account?

 

if its the community account you can go into your settings and change it there.

@mandalorian  Great show. If you can't remember your old email adress or password, please use this private message link to contact the moderators directly

Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent. Also keep an eye on the envelope, the mods answer will show up there.
You can also enable email notification to receive a private message notification sent to your email.
Go into your community account > my settings > PREFERENCES > Private Messenger > enable "Receive email notifications for new private messages" > Save

you need to send a private message to the moderator team, including your phone number, 4-digit PIN, the old e-mail address on your account, and the new e-mail address you want to use.

You will need to talk with SIMon

Which apparently is my go-to answer today. Open a ticket and ask to have your email changed.

@mandalorian  Unfortunately as others have mentioned that cannot be done via select and will require help from the Moderator team.

 

To submit a ticket to the Moderator Team, please start a conversation with the Public's virtual assistant, SIMon by clicking  here or the icon (bottom right of your screen).

If you are still having problems contacting Public Mobile then click here. The link  sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.

Please note that account verification may be required when contacting the Moderator Team
