Hi I got a replacement iphone 6s from the Apple Store, and used my public mobile SIM in it. It now appears to be locked to PM since all other SIMS are saying "this sim is not supported".
Is it a problem with the phone or is it locked to public?
If locked, how much is it to unlock and how do i do that?
Thanks

Sounds as though the Apple replacement is also Telus locked. I have heard that is their procedure; i.e. replace locked phone with a locked phone.
As it happens, PM will unlock any Telus iPhone for $50; see here. Let us know if you wish to do that and we can notify the moderators. I am sure they will be quicker than emailing even though they have left for the day.

I bought a telus-locked phone on kijiji.
Went to apple and got it replaced under warranty.
Both phones worked fine with public mobile SIMS
new one won't even accept telus sim anymore, have tried Wind and Rogers as well

A little more info may help get the ansers you need:
- you say a replacement phone; where did you get the original? Whare did you get the replacement?
- was the original phone workiing with Public Mobile?
- have you tried rebooting the phone when other SIMs arre installed?
- what are the other SIMs you tried?
Public Mobile does not lock phones. The only locked phones that work with Public Mobile are those from Telus/Koodo.

Was your original phone factory unlocked from apple? If so, take it back to them and ask that they give you an unlocked phone.
