How do i get into my account without access to the email linked to it

Credit card linked to the account was cancelled, tried to sign in to change the credit cards but apparently the account is not linked to my normal email and i dont have any other emails, the sign in option for “forgot email” send a link to this mysterious other email so i don’t really know what to do here.

HI @Morgs1  then you need the help from support agent.  While you can still submit ticket by chatbot, it is probably less confusing to doit by direct message here:

Open a ticket to update your email then proceed with your task.

so, you cannot receive the 2FA via text or email? if not, then only support agent can help, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
