I don't want to use ESIM though, I'm asking how to get my number moved to a SIM card...
@RyanMylrea - I believe you may be able to use the SIM Swap feature (not 100% sure..but try this)

Did you mean to private message CS_Agent? If so, you need to go to your envelope and put CS_Agent in the To field.

@RyanMylrea , I removed what I said! Sorry. I misread it! I know you can delete an eSIM from your phone & add a SIM Card on your account but unsure of the process since I haven’t had an eSIM here yet! Sorry 😕 A CS_Agent can certainly help you do it correctly though. I would feel bad if I gave you incorrect information!
Also, the only way to get a CS_Agent is by sending a private message to them! This forum is for Customers to post questions to other Customers for a response back from them!
