I have order SIM Card online on April 28, 2023 (order number 341959), but have not received it yet.
I have open a ticket to follow up but no response yet.

@AndyChan1 Support are very busy lasr couple days for the new My Account upgrade, please message Support back for update on your sim card enquiry. They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost

@AndyChan1 - go back to the ticket you opened and poke customer service about it. WE are all customers like you and cannot help with remailing you or another one or giving a credit.
You can however go to a corporate koodo or telus store and see if they gave a Public SIM card for purchase, if you need it right away.
