I’m trying to transfer my number to TELUS and it’s saying my number is already being transfered, I need to submit a ticket to have this fixed as I want to keep my same number, where do I find submit a ticket?

Hi @Charleigh Why don't you call Telus porting department and ask for the transfer status?

If you really have to contact agent:
To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
But if you are in a process of transferring number to PM, just be a little bit patient.

Sounds like you're in progress. Did you leave the Public sim in and confirm the text? Support should really be from the Telus side (even though Public belongs to Telus).
