I wonder if the moderators could post how many problems they are currently working on. I believe most people are more likely to be patient if they have an idea as to how long it will take till they receive service. Waiting on hold for example a computer tells you the estimated wait time is 45 minutes.

HI @Maharg15  Haha, the idea to ticket open is that they can take the sweet time in reply.  

I think there are more members in the Community waiting for posts than salaried agent working at any given time
