I can not figure this out. I am unable to log into my account and dont know why on self serve. I need a real human. How do I do this. I got a message from an agent saying the live chat expired. But I dont know where the live chat is to see it. I do not wish to use private message as they are asking me too many questions which i do not know answers too.

Please do not advise customers to visit a store for help. Stores cannot assist with any Public Mobile account matters. Furthermore, there are no longer any Public Mobile kiossks.

PM is an online service since SIMon Chatbot has expired. Your only option is to communicate through private messaging a live CS_Agent.
The questions are questions you picked as your security question so there no fraudulent access into your account.
You can also able to login to your account by entering your registered email address and have the 2FA code sent to your phone...you should able to get into your account.

If you're in contact with them in private messaging then they're doing the right thing. They're asking you to verify you're the person with the rights to deal with the account. There's no verbal talking to anybody. It's all typing.
Would you want just anybody asking them to do stuff in your account? No. So you need to prove you have the right to.
Are they requesting all answers or just some or one set and then another.

use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
you will get verification code by email or SMS
and when you press the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 3 second automatically be login.
