depends what happened
if the account was simply suspended and less than 90 days, you can login to My Account and reactivate it by paying.
if the account was suspended for over 90 days, the account would have been closed, the number would be gone. You probably won't get the exact number back.

If you lost your number due to account suspension for longer than 90 days, you cannot retrieve your old number.
If you were PM customer then ported PM number out and now wand to get back to PM, just open new PM account and port your number.
