I did all the above but it wasn't successful. Now that I'm trying again it doesn't accept my number

@Ava2004 first thing you must remember is to leave your old Sim in your phone to get the text to transfer your number you must reply yes to that text also you can go into your self-serve account under change number and go to transfer wire or wireless line you can request your port from there Also remember to keep your old account active until porting is complete
