How do I replace the existing SIM with the new SIM on my account?

You can change the SIM card on your account via Self Serve by going to Plan and Add-ons - Change SIM

Further to the above, if your broken phone is non-functional, how do you know that a six digit code was sent to it by Public Mobile?

In light of your second phone being broken, why are you trying to open an account for it?

Thank you, but:

1. I have two Publicmobile cell phones.

2. I broke my second phone.

3. I do not have an account for the second phone

4. When I try to open an account for the existing second phone Publicmobile

sends 6 digit code to my second phone that is broken. !DEAD END!
