Buy a sim, have a credit card handy, open a browser page into private mode, click on the big Activate word link up top and read things carefully.

You can communicate to a CS_Agent through chat or private messaging.
Your account is registered once you activate your PM SIM.

Finally Click here to submit a ticket
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

check inbox(top right corner envelope icon) for response from CS_Agent.
