How do I open a ticket/send a message to a moderator.

I opened a new account yesterday for my son's gps watch. It doesn't accept texts so I cant enter in the pin that they text you to set up a self serve account. I would like to set up this account so I can keep tabs on his data use. So I am guessing I need to speak to a Moderator?

@JulesCam  - You should be able to set up your self serve directly from the following page.  Just need your email (use same as for community), and the phone number.

Put the SIM in another phone. Get everything all set up and done. Put SIM back in watch. Finish specific setups there then.

Hi @JulesCam You only get a text of your PIN number when you had the account activated in a store.  Did you?   If you didn't, you create your own PIN number during activation.

Your sim card came with a little brochure on how to activate your sim card. You should have followed those steps. But not to worry, here's the link to start your Public Mobile Online Activation. I hope this helps. Good luck!

@JulesCam  As you opened an account already just login and look under Data & add-ons; you can track data consumption there.
