Along with all the above detailed/helpful posts...you can use the 611 service to toggle the autopay off as well. You'll need your 4 digit PIN.

Another way is Manage Autopay, remove autopay.  Card will still stay on account for manual payment but no more Autopay.

If you want to delete autopay go in your self-serve account and click on MANAGE MY CARD
