Is this even possible anymore? Whenever I log in it logs me in with a new username even though my original account is associated with another username in the community forum. I wish there was a way to merge the posts together.
Does anyone know?

Support can assist with an easy fix for those experiencing similar issues, as many others have successfully regained their old community ID through their help.

I don't remember, it was before the website was upgraded. After the upgrade it forced me to create a new username, I could not use my original one. Now there are two of me on this community with separate post history (one which I can no longer log in as). I messaged the CSAgent so I'll see if they can fix it.

when was the last time you were able to use the old username?
most likely you can get it back, but check with support agent. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html (Login with your current email login ) Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

@_sal_ Sounds like ever safe has issues linking your account . Contact support they can help you to get your old community ID back
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send direct private message to support .
