@courtepatte1448 Log into your account, select Change SIM on the right hand side of page and follow prompts to enter new SIM and select email/text for PM to send verification. Your number will stay with the new SIM

@courtepatte1448 hi you just go into your self serve account and go to change sim card and enter your new sim number , why areyou changing sim did you lose your old one?

hi @courtepatte1448 login to My Account and click Change Sim card. Enter the new sim # and pick the way to receive security code
