hi @healey_5 receiving the code via email should always be an option. Do you see that there? if you have no access to the email, then open ly PM agent can help And best to ask them to suspend the account as well until you got a new PM sim card and a replacement phone

@healey_5 Should be option to have it sent to email also … but you can ask support to assist in regaining access to your account also
