Public Mobile is a pre-paid service and usually don't provide refunds per se. Depending on the issue that you're experiencing, they may provide credit to your account if you bought an add-on by mistake or that didn't work as advertised. Can you give us some context why you're requesting a refund and we can give you further guidance.

Depends on what the problem is. In most cases they don't give any. The only refund I believe they give is around a 15 days tryout period for new customers.

@JaysonDunlop Public Mobile is prepaid and normally there are no refunds. If you want to try anyway, open a service ticket via the chat icon bottom right of this page.
