How does one get a ticket for an agent to be in touch? My loyalty points need to be updated

It's all automated anyway.
Are people still stumbling over the fact that, at Public Mobile, 12 plan cycles are 360days and the anniversary bonus is applied every 365 (366) days?
Also, Legacy Points are fundamentally different from the legacy (= old) Loyalty Rewards... it would be nice to get more information from the op so that we can explain the details and then send them to CSA if there really are adjustments needed?

hi @Buff35 and passed your exact anniversary date yet?? increase in loyalty happens on the cycle After the anniversary date
but you can submit ticket with agent to confirm
