How can I actually speak or text with a real person? I’m getting absolutely nowhere with the digibot.

Private messaging CS_Agent is with a real person, they should be able to resolve your issue and answer your questions.

There is no live person to talk with Public mobile customer service. All interactions are online. If there are issues with submitting a ticket you can private message CSA:

CSA may ask a few questions to verify account ownership and then should be able to help you. Response times can take a few hours. Check your private message inbox (envelope in upper right corner of website).
Is there any specific questions or concerns that the community members can help with? If it is directly account related, you will need CSA help. Otherwise community members can offer advice.
