I activated my account with pubic mobile yesterday. However, I can't login to my account because it says forbidden ai. I have already tried clearing the cache, deleting cookies, etc. My payment went through as it is on my credit card statement. I need to create a ticket for a customer service agent to help me, but I can't because I can't login. I desperately need help. They can't even call me because I can't receive or make phone calls. What do I do?
