The activation procedure has been horrific, with no help available, so I want to cancel it. I submitted a ticket days ago, but noone has contacted me back. They signed me up no problem, but now I am left in a black hole with no options but you folks.
How do I cancel?

if your activation was not completed for technical reasons, support might be able to provide refund. Just use the method above to contract support agent

Who signed you up?
PM is all online and self-serve. Retailers no longer offer the activation serve for years.
If you haven’t completed the activation to step 6 then you won’t be charged and your activation is not completed.
