My Mobile Network State is disconnected. I tried resetting the network. I have a new SIM card but don't see a way to apply it to my account on the new software update. How cdn I do that for I can't make or receive calls currently?

Go to Profile and there you can do:
- Change phone number
- Change SIM number
- Transfer Phone Number

You can do this on My Account, but Important thing is to do it from ONLY a desktop or laptop computer to request Change Sim card (please note that due to some glitches, accessing change sim care from mobile phone or tablet won't work)
After you logged in, unsuspend first if you have suspended your service earlier.
Then go to Profile page, click on the Pencil besides the sim card number, follow the steps to enter the new sim card number and complete the change sim card request
