When I go to the activate link, it stupidly sends me to the app. So I went through the ordeal of signing up for the app. No activate option on the app! Still, every time I go to that link it sends me to the app download page even though I’ve downloaded it already. Then I press open and it leaves me on the homepage, and I don’t see any links there to activate my SIM card.
So then I went online, and the website link is literally just not working!!!!!

curious, did you use a desktop/laptop or a phone browser to access My Account?
The Change Sim used to have problem if used on phone browser, just want to see if PM fixes it

@thunderseed the sim card section on your profile page
as to the new sim crd number, it's on your card itself

@thunderseed If you can’t sign in you will need supports help to sim swap the number for you

@thunderseed you don't "activate" your replacement sim card
Instead you change sim card
You login to My Acocunt, go to Profile page , there is a sim card number there, click the Pencil to the right of it to "edit" and update the new sim card number
