How do I activate my free 2gb holiday promo?

I responded YES to the text message and it said it was added to my account, but when I check its not there.

@Davidpublicmobi - when logged into your My Account, looking at your addons section, click the circle refreshing button. That should help populate/update those freebies to your account and make them visible.

It had to be YES2 not yes. But you can contact agent to add it manually.

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

To get the gift you have to reply YES2 to 4911

 

To see the gifts.

Login to your account using a browser in incognito or private mode first.

Then do a refresh of the overview page.

you don't have to do anything else to activate

 

Try to login to MY Account using Incognito mode to get the latest/correct info

 

If you still don't see the bonus there, then you will need to open ticket with PM Support using Chatbot:
