You will need to buy an international sim or esim. PM does not provide service outside of CAN/US zones.

@Hoojeygo, Public Mobile does not have roaming options outside of Canada/US so you would either need to get a SIM card where you will be OR If you have access to WiFi you could use apps like WhatsApp, TextNow or Messenger etc.
