How can I reach a human?

I have tried everything to contact a human agent but nothing works. Your chatbot is, as always, useless and obstructive. Multiple attempts to reach a CS_Agent gives me nothing but a 404 error.

still worth to check her sim card in your phone.   

and check your wife's My Account, check if account is active

My wife has had her phone for years. Until this morning it worked fine. There is not a SIM card problem and there is not a phone problem. There is a Public Mobile problem!

hi @derek999 is your wife account a new activation? Test her sim in your phone

Dial 611 or 1-855-4PUBLIC to check on the status of her account to see if it is Subscribed.

If not then she needs to make a payment to continue service.

@derek999 did you try putting your sim in your Wife's phone??

and is that phone new that you just got it?? if it 8sbfrom private sell from marketplace, check if the phone is clean:

OK. Let's start with a few tests. Have you tried her SIM card in your phone? If not, take out her SIM card, shut down your phone, insert and reboot. See if you get life.

The current issue is that my wife's I-Phone says No Service. Mine has the usual bars and Public Mobile. We have compared settings and can not find a discrepancy.
