I used to pay monthly with my Mastercard for myself and my wife's phones. My Mastercard was compromised and I had to get a new card. I managed to change the card number on my account, but could not do it on my wife's account.
Her name is M M and her account . We can't get into my wife's account, since we misplaced the login info. Please advise how we can pay for her phone since her service was cancelled today.

She will need to contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent to help her access her account and update the CC information.

@muzmarisa2 Try logging into her account with different device or new browser window incognito mode / private mode or from the PM app instead and try to update it there . If in a hurry you can also buy payment voucher’s from shoppers drug mart / 7-11 / shell gas station and load the funds *611 to resume service right away also and worry about CC updating later

it is a common PM's payment problem
Usually people wait a day or a week to try again,
but since you need to pay it very soon to avoid service interruptio, so buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations like Shell and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account
