How can I get refund?

In order to transfer my mobile number to another service provider, I need subscription again. Can I get refund if I paid

log in to your PM account and look at Change my Plan...see if there's a much cheaper plan that you can take for 30 days.

before you resume service, to to Change Subscription page on My Account and pick the cheapest plan and click Change Now and then make the payment to resume

sorry, no refund .  PM is a prepaid carrier and no refund for early renewal

You can resume service back for one month and port out closer to the end of the cycle so you wont waste money
