@Peggyb1 Have you checked your call history on your phone. Mine goes back to when I bought it 2.5 years ago. Unless you have deleted the calls, they should be there.

@Peggyb1 Usage history can only go back 90 days
If you really meant 2022, then sorry, you won't be able to get that as PM support won't be able to provide you logs older than 90 days
However, if it was a typo and you meant 2023, then YES you can get it, but you cannot get only Call history by using the filter function on the page as there is any glitch with the filter there. What you can do is to download the full usage log in XLS using the download on the top right of the page. You can then use Excel to filter calls only entries

I don't think PM will save your usage a year ago but you can try by contacting a CS_Agent see if they have information.
