Hello,
I've been using Public Mobile for 6-9 months now and I am interested in changing my plan. I currently have the $45 a month plan but my needs have changed greatly. I won't be needing Canad-wide calling or nearly as much data. I also may be leaving the country for awhile and would prefer not to pay in 3 month chunks. My account is currently disabled due to non-payment on my part. Can I change my plan to reactivate my account? The system is asking me to pay what I would ususally owe but I no longer require that plan. Thanks for all your help!

Plan changes for a suspended account can only be done by the moderator team. Please send them a private message and they will be able to take care of the change.
