Use mainstream browser like Firefox and Google Chrome. Clear your browser history first. When you login make sure you have the right phone number connected to your profile and that all your profile settings are up to date. Then refresh.

Yes, just keep trying. On your phone or computer. Different browsers etc. Once it does successfully go to the next page once you click change plan, you will see all the plans with checkboxes next to them and you just click on the plan you want.

@yzhiding Yes, it is a common browser issue
Try to :
1. clear cache and close all browsers and relaunch
2. try a different browser (Edge/Chrome/Firefox)
3. Try Incognito mode
4. Try on another machine
Just a reminder, when you make the plan change, make sure you understand the difference between Change Now and Change on the next billing date. Pick the one you actually want
