Hi I just activated and didn’t get a welcome wanted to know how to change email address. Looked in profile can’t change there

@Golfer44 hi the email you signed up with did you look in your junk file? you will need to open a ticket to speak to a customer service agent to change your email they will help you Click here or you can send private message to a CS Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Hi @Golfer44 you cannot change it yourself, you have to open ticket with PM CS Agent and they will change it for you:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
