How To Change Credit/Debit Info?

The card I was using no longer works but I can't actually change which card is used, I just get led to a chatbot that doesn't even give me an option to change my credit/debit card.  What the heck can I even do at this point? This new website change is, uhh, not the best.

you can easily done that via My Account

Please login to My Account, go to Payment page, click Manage Subscription, and click Manage Payment Method, or use this direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/manage-card
