Hope PM brings in the 10GB for $34 and 3GB for $29

As the title says hoping to see PM offer the 3GB for $29 and the 10GB for $34 both 4G speeds plans freedom offering these now  . Seems plausible as they also offering the 30GB for $40 5G plans same as freedom mobile . This will make many in the community happy as they want a mid range plan for data allotment. . Stay tuned all

You guys should all switch to this plan. Put pressure on Telus. The only thing that will make them do it is the fear of losing your money.

I would still be on the $25 plan if it wasn't for the value added data plans that started to be featured last Fall. It's been good to see improved pricing from where it was this time last year.

@Dunkman Bang on, sir. They are trying to push people into those $40+ plans; if they offered more valuable lower tiered plans they'd struggle with that goal. Most of us don't need anywhere near the data buckets they give us on those $39+ plans, but because there's no middle ground we take it. It's not a miss, it's strategic. It doesn't cost them any more to give us extra data, but it incents us into higher spend plans, which is the goal.

@Dunkman  well said . I just activated a line for my daughter today on that flash 30GB $40 5G plan . Hoping it to becomes available for existing customers also . 2023 has been year to remember for plan changes thus far . And hoping it only gets better for us all in the future:)

@Handy1

Public mobile is aware about the need for the mid ranged priced plans when the new pricing schemes came out recently. Initially, Public mobile did not even advertise the $15 and $25 plans. The oracles have already mentioned to PM about the need of these plans. I think that the overall marketing strategy has changed with the offering of 5G speeds and larger data plans. Public mobile is looking for more of the $40+ customers.

The goal is to get customers on the highest priced plan.  $25 plan offers too little data for most customers and $40 offers more than enough. Overall, the $40 + promo plans have been reasonably popular. The flash sale this weekend has attracted many new customers looking for faster speed and higher data buckets.

If it made financial sense for Public mobile (ie. overall profit) to offer these mid ranged plans, these plans would have been offered already. The marketing and accounting teams at Public mobile have an overall strategy to increase profits. We will see whether it works or not.

As I've said in previous posts as well... matching Freedom's $99 unlimited talk and text with 50GB of data for the year...  now THAT would be amazing!!

@Chalupa_Batman  Yep 100%!and I think those two plan will fit  the bill perfectly. Just hope if they do follow suit it won’t be new activations only

Adding I like your first 3 plan option . But your last one is $1 more then they freedom offer

The biggest issue facing people from either joining or not joining PM is the fact that there is such a plan jump extreme from 1GB to 20GB. There is no middle ground. That is poor thinking in PM's part. Like I said in my other post.

$10 Unlimited talk/text No data

$15 Unlimited talk/text 1GB

$25 Unlimited talk/text  5GB

$35 Unlimited talk/text  10GB

This SHOULD be the norm. The fact there is nothing between 1GB and 20GB shows PM really is out of touch with societal needs.
