I received a text for my holiday bonus which expires Jan.31, 2022. I replied YES2 today (Jan.31) and received a message the offer has expired. What's up?

Just contact agent to manually add bonus to your account.
To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

HI @Yumyum1 this is the holiday bonus running from Dec 1 to Dec 31 2022. Glad you come and ask before it expires. No need to worrry, it has not expired yet.
CS agent can add the bonus back to you quick, please open ticket with them
(Also, if you are on new rewards system Public Points, you will be eligible for another 1GB bonus. Please login to My Account and go to the Catalogue section and add the Free 1GB Holiday data bonus
To open ticket with CS agent:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Public Mobile kinda messed up the timing of the expiry of this offer - you have until the end of day today.
Try logging into your self serve account, after clearing cache and cookies, and opening an incognito tab.
You may very well see it there on the right side of the landing page.
If you do not, definitely contact customer support promptly.

You should probably reach out to a Customer Support Agent and ask them to add those holiday gifts manually to your account.
Use the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket started first.
