Hello,
Can I please have someone contact me from upper management pertaining to my personal historical monthly statements (June 2020 through to May 2024). On the app- we are only able to go back from present day to 180 days back. This is. It sufficient for me as I need older historical records. I contacted the privacy officer at PM (Telus) and they instructed me to reach out on this forum to escalate my request.

@Popeye1 To get your history any further then the website will allow you would need to ask support for this info if they can even go back further then the site can

You can only go back one calendar year via a CS Agent. Here's how to reach them. FYI, you can only go back to 2020 if you have an attorney and they have been granted a court order.
