I opened a ticket a couple hrs ago to get an online activation of my sim card. Still no response.

i guess it is a request that is hard for PM to act on it. Many carriers have Community so they can hire less. With AI, they will hire even less
but if you like, you should open a proper ticket for PM support agent to push the request to the management
