As per @hTideGnow wait an hour after you tried it, then go into your browser settings and clear your cache and close the browser. Re open and try again. Let us know what works.

@MariamQ You. Can also buy payment vouchers and load them *611 to resume services and worry about updating credit card info later

wait an hour and try again using the app or using browser in Incognito/Private/Secret mode
