@hairbag1- lol a perfectly reasonable interpretation 🙂 I took it that he has an old unactivated sim lying around.

@Serenit

you're putting an active PM sim into your new phone ? That shouldn't be a problem.

@Serenit  depends on the model, there are different regional variant

SM-A037U would work., the other one might not as the 3G lacks the 1900 band and you could have trouble with voice

here is the spec for A03S, both models (BOLD are compatible ones)

HSDPA 850 / 900 / 2100  (non - SM-A037U)
HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1700(AWS) / 1900 / 2100 - SM-A037U
4G bands 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 20, 28, 38, 40, 41 (non - SM-A037U)
                 2, 4, 5, 7, 12, 13, 14, 25, 26, 41, 66, 71 - SM-A037U

and these are the bands used by PM

As long as that sim never got activated then it should be fine. Without looking, as I think about certainly, the phone will be fine. Can you give us the exact model #.

Adding - I don't suppose that sim is from before 2014?
